North 
Beach
North Beach is on the ocean front, at the north of Newport.

The beach gets little use. You can often have it to yourself.
We have only two parcels left in North Beach, and two adjacent to it.
All of them, we think, are exceptional values. The two in North Beach are just a few yards from the beach.
They slope- steeply- away from the beach, however, toward a creek. There should be great ocean views from a properly designed house on either lot.

Visualizing this takes imagination, however, and so we are offering them for a price that is perhaps only 25% of that we’d ask for a lot that did not require imagination: $29,000 each.We had them for sale for $49,000, which we thought was a great price, but have concluded that imagination must be too rare to support that price.
The two parcels adjacent to North Beach also have good access to the beach. They are wooded and each approximately an acre in size. They can be further divided. $35,000 and $45,000.
