The three parcels that are available now can be seen in the photo below.

The first (sold) is to the left, or south, of the road. The road is now paved.

The other two parcels are on the ridge to the right, one being the upper part of the ridge ($185,00) and the other the ridge's point (Sold).

Brookings can be seen from the two ridgetop parcels.

At night you see the lights of the town and of the boats at sea.

Zoning is Forest-Grazing. One house is permitted per parcel. Septic sites have been approved. The seller will provide access to an excellent, long-established, spring.

 These parcels are within the new Brookings Urban Growth Boundary. Further division, and possible substantial investment return, should soon be possible. City services should soon be available.

Driving Instructions

Turn east of Highway 101 onto Benham Lane (the first stop light north of California). Right onto Harbor Hills Hts. (narrow, but paved). You'll break out into the field shown above after about a half mile.
